A megawatt of compute does not only produce compute. It produces recoverable heat and storage flexibility too — so a GRECO campus sells the same energy more than once, to an AI operator, a neighbourhood energy utility and the grid, without any of them competing for it. Take one product, or take the stack.
The six campus products: a powered shell (the building delivered powered and cooled, where you bring your own racks); liquid-cooled AI compute capacity (150 kW racks today, architected for the 600 kW–1 MW class); recovered heat captured at 45–48 °C and lifted to 55–65 °C for district energy through an Energy Transfer Station; behind-the-meter firm power from on-site generation firmed by storage; grid services from lithium and vanadium-flow storage that let the campus shed load in seconds when the utility calls; and megawatt-class EV charging with vehicle-to-grid for commercial fleets.
Beyond the campus, GRECO supplies the equipment itself — GRECO-branded battery storage, energy transfer stations and power-system integration, including licensing and assembly, sold to projects that are not ours — plus AI server, rack and GPU infrastructure with quotation and deployment support.
Every product is sold on its own. A district-energy utility can offtake recovered heat with no involvement in the compute; a fleet operator can take megawatt charging alone. Bundling is not a discount mechanic but a stacking one — a campus serving compute, heat and grid customers at once earns more per megawatt and diversifies its revenue, which is what makes firm dates and long terms possible.
