Specified, not just sold

We size the platform against the workload — model size, token throughput, memory bandwidth, storage and fabric — and against what your site can actually power and cool. The cheapest node that clears the requirement wins.

Procured and delivered

Quotation, configuration and order management through our Dell account, including support terms and lifecycle warranty. One purchase order instead of a scavenger hunt across the channel.

Racked, powered and commissioned

Rack layout, power distribution, CDU sizing, fibre and burn-in. We do this for our own campuses, so the deployment plan is the same one we hold ourselves to.

What We Add on Top of Dell Support

Dell ProSupport is a strong foundation — 24/7 access, four-hour onsite response, proactive monitoring. A managed service builds on it with the two things a GPU-dense estate needs most.

Accelerator spares, planned in advance

Four-hour response covers the components Dell stocks locally — system boards, processors, drives. On a GPU-dense fleet we plan the accelerator layer as well, using Dell’s onsite parts options so critical spares sit at your site rather than travelling to it. Your recovery time then matches the density you are actually running.

Fleet-wide lifecycle tracking

Dell exposes service-life status per service tag, which is exactly right for a single machine and impractical across an estate. We track warranty and service-life dates for every asset in one place, so renewals, extensions and refresh planning are scheduled work rather than something you discover mid-quarter.

An eight-GPU Blackwell Ultra node draws roughly 10 kW or more. A rack of them is a small industrial load with a cooling problem attached. Most AI hardware projects do not fail on the purchase order — they fail on the eighteen months it takes to find power and the retrofit needed to carry the heat away.

Dell PowerEdge through GRECO: common questions

It means GRECO can specify, quote, procure, deploy and then operate Dell PowerEdge infrastructure as a managed service, rather than simply reselling a box. You get one counterparty for the hardware, the deployment and the ongoing lifecycle — and, in a GRECO campus, for the power and cooling underneath it as well.

The full PowerEdge line — 49 models across AI/GPU systems, data-centre rack servers, tower servers and rugged edge servers. That runs from the rack-scale XE9712 with 72 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs down to a single-socket T160 tower for a branch office.

For frontier-scale training, the rack-scale XE9712 (GB300 NVL72) or the liquid-cooled XE9780L and XE9785L, which carry eight NVIDIA HGX B300 accelerators each. For smaller training runs and fine-tuning, the XE7745 or R760xa are far better value. The honest answer depends on model size, tokens and how much power your site can actually deliver — which is the conversation we would rather have first.

For the top of the line, yes in practice. An eight-GPU Blackwell Ultra node draws roughly 10 kW or more, and a full rack of them is well past what air can carry at sensible cost. The XE9780L, XE9785L, XE9680L, XE9685L, XE8712 and XE9712 are direct-to-chip liquid-cooled by design. Air-cooled systems such as the XE9680, XE7745 and R760xa remain the sensible choice at lower density.

That is the difference. GRECO builds energy-first campuses that generate power behind the meter and are engineered for liquid cooling from day one, so hardware can be deployed into powered, cooled capacity instead of waiting years in an interconnection queue. We can also supply and manage the equipment for a site that is not ours.

The R400-and-above, T400-and-above, XE and XR series ship with a three-year base hardware warranty, extendable through ProSupport at the point of sale or later. Service-life status is tracked per service tag through Dell support, and hardware support availability is tied to parts supply for the platform rather than a fixed calendar date. Because that is per-asset information, we maintain warranty and service-life dates across your whole estate so renewals and refresh planning stay ahead of the curve.

Dell offers Basic Hardware Support, ProSupport and ProSupport Plus. ProSupport adds 24/7 access, collaborative hardware and software assistance and a choice of next-business-day or four-hour onsite response; ProSupport Plus adds four-hour response with proactive maintenance, a technical account contact and Mission Critical escalation. On GPU-dense systems we also plan the spare-parts layer using Dell’s onsite parts options, so accelerator recovery matches the response time you are paying for. We size the tier to how critical the workload is rather than defaulting everyone to the top one.

Every configuration is quoted to the specification — processor, accelerator, memory, storage, networking, support term and quantity all move the number materially. We quote against your workload rather than publishing a list price that would be wrong by the time you read it.
