Four campuses. One Lower Mainland platform.

GRECO develops energy-first AI campuses across British Columbia's Lower Mainland: the flagship Morrison Park campus and a second urban-edge site in Vancouver, a transmission-scale energy campus in Surrey, and a greenfield site under option in Maple Ridge. Each campus is developed and offtaken independently, so a site can be matched to the workload — latency and density for compute, or proximity for heat.

Every megawatt works more than once. A megawatt of compute also yields recoverable heat and storage flexibility, so one campus can serve an AI operator, a neighbourhood energy utility and the grid at the same time. Heat is a product here, metered into district energy at 55–65 °C through an Energy Transfer Station — not an exhaust problem.

Products are sold à la carte or bundled: liquid-cooled AI compute capacity, recovered district heat, behind-the-meter firm power, megawatt EV charging, and grid services. You never have to take compute to take heat. Every campus is modelled in a physics-based digital twin before construction, so thermal and electrical behaviour are validated at the design stage.
